Strengthen glute/ legs, core and arms with short burst of specific exercise rotating quickly through them.

Warm up – 5 mins

• Jog on spot- open stance slightly to warm up hips
• High knees
• Squat to courtesy lung
• Star jumps
• Jump with arm rotations- side to side

Main set 35mins

• Each exercise for 30secs with 30secs rest x 2
• Equipment – Electronic device, mat, water, towel, roller - optional box, bands, weights, balance pad / cushion
